Nice oceanfront accommodations for the economy minded traveler.  This property has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, volley ball court with a large grassy yard that stretches approximately forty yards from the complex to the ocean. (not a good swimming beach).  All units have central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and private lanies.  Laundry room on every other floor.
